Our shipping policy
We strive to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. Orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) on a working day (Monday–Friday) will be dispatched the next day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends and public holidays will be processed and shipped on the next working day.
UK Shipping
Standard Delivery: Estimated delivery within 2–4 working days.
Express Delivery: Next-day delivery is available for eligible orders placed before 2:00 PM (GMT) (excluding weekends and holidays).
International Shipping
We offer international shipping to multiple destinations worldwide. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
Europe: 5–10 working days
USA & Canada: 7–14 working days
Rest of the World: 10–20 working days
Customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply for international orders and are the responsibility of the customer.
Our returns & refunds policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it in accordance with our returns policy.
Returns
Items can be returned within 30 days of receiving your order.
Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in a resalable condition.
Certain items, such as personalised products, perishable goods, or hygiene-related items, may be non-returnable unless faulty.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send your item back.
Refunds
Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item and process your refund within 5–7 working days.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Delivery costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a fault or an error on our part.
Exchanges & Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Where do you ship to?
We offer shipping within the UK and internationally to many destinations worldwide. UK orders have standard and express delivery options, while international delivery times and costs vary by location. Can I track my order?
Yes! Once you place your order a confirmation email will be sent to your email with tracking information. If you haven't received this you can contact us on customercare@streamlinecorporate.com and we will look into this for you.
I haven't received my item, what do I do?
If you haven't received your order you should contact us customer service team as soon as possible and we will track it down for you.
Can I return or exchange my order?
If you are unsatisfied with your order due to it not being the right size, finding a fault with it or something else, please contact us at customercare@streamlinecorporate.com and we will arrange a return for you.
